Site Information
It is Speed Factor's mission to provide accurate, informative, up-to-date information on its website. However, Speed Factor INC cannot always verify that all information gathered from manufactures, suppliers, and sales representatives will be 100% accurate or current. Because of this, Speed Factor INC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any products that may display the incorrect price, the incorrect application or both. If an item in question has been paid for partially or in full, Speed Factor INC will offer a refund by the method of payment, or offer a company credit.
Any Logos, trademarks, specifications, brands, manufactures, pricing, sales, and site information and design contained on this site are subject to change without notice.
General Sales Information
Orders may be place with Speed Factor by phone, fax or email. All customers who place an order with Speed Factor have implied acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed in and on this website.
Orders to Speed Factor will be handled with the utmost care and diligence. When an order is placed, Speed Factor INC will give an estimated arrival time, whether at our store or to delivered to you, to the best of our knowledge. Speed Factor INC, due to unforeseen circumstances that may be beyond our control, does not guarantee these arrival or delivery times. Speed Factor INC will, however, communicate abnormal delays to the customer in person, or by phone, fax, or email.
Special orders (any item that is not in stock) placed by customers will either need to be paid in full, or partial at the time of order placement. Amount of the required payment at time of order is at the discretion of Speed Factor INC and may vary from item to item.
Any order or item that has not been paid for in full, remains the property of Speed Factor INC until the order or item has been paid for completely.
When product arrives or is picked up from the store, the customer must immediately inspect the product and verify that the product is free from defects, and is the correct product that was ordered by the customer. After verification and inspection, the customer must sign the Speed Factor INC receipt, acknowledging acceptance of the terms and conditions regarding warranties, returns, and refunds.
Special orders not picked up by the customer 30 days after customer has been notified of arrival, become the sole property of Speed Factor INC. and may be subject to resale.
Warranties, Returns, and Refunds
There will be no returns or exchanges on SPECIAL ORDERS. A special order is an item that is not in stock at our store in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products they are ordering will work with the desired application. Speed Factor INC will not be responsible, nor make any exceptions, for customers ordering specific products that will not work with, or fit on their applications.
Speed Factor INC will accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase on items that are in stock with a copy of the original invoice. All return or exchange merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges on items or merchandise that show any signs of having been modified, installed, mounted, scratched, defaced, or otherwise mishandled.
Items sold by Speed Factor INC, may or may not be subject to a manufacture's warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inquire about a manufacture's warranty, if any, on the item being purchased. Speed Factor INC does not offer, nor imply any warranty on any items that Speed Factor INC sells. All warranty claims will need to be made directly to the manufacture by the customer. Speed Factor INC will not pay for or incur any costs for the customer regarding any manufacture's warranty claims. The customer will be responsible for all fees regarding a manufactures warranty claim such as, but not limited to, shipping fees, duties charges, restocking fees or any other fees.
All manufacture's warranties, if any, will be void if it is deemed that the item in question has been misused, improperly installed, used on the wrong application, or otherwise used for something unintended by the manufacture.
Vehicles that are modified using items purchased at Speed Factor INC may not meet local, Provincial, or Federal requirements for use on public streets. Speed Factor INC does not condone nor imply that the products it sells should be used illegally or in an illegal manner as deemed so by local, Provincial, or Federal law. It is the customers sole responsibly to ensure that they adhere to, and comply with all local, Provincial, and Federal laws when the vehicle is used or operated, weather in motion or not, on public streets.
Manufactures may void factory or extended warranties, if any exist, on vehicles that have been modified with items purchased at Speed Factor INC. Speed Factor INC does not offer, nor imply any warranty to vehicles modified with items purchased from Speed Factor INC. It is the customers responsibility to do their "due diligence" when using items purchased at Speed Factor INC to modify their vehicle to see what affect the modification will have on factory or extended warranty, if any, of their vehicle.
Speed Factor INC will not search for, photocopy, or reprint any invoices for customers for returns, exchanges, manufacture's warranty claims, or insurance claims. All customers are responsible for their own receipts and/or invoices for any of the above items mentioned.
Anyone entering into any sales transaction with Speed Factor INC has acknowledged and accepted all of the above stated conditions.
